Turbot
Turbot is a large flatfish that can be found close to the shore, hidden in the sandy shallows throughout the Mediterranean, North Atlantic, and Baltic Sea. These European waters provide the highest quality Turbot. Its meat is prized for its wonderful mild flavor and firm texture.
